We have prepared Welcome Packets that contain important and detailed information related to each program below. Each Welcome Packet includes information regarding each program’s logistics, Friday’s parent open house, as well as other information related to the program.

Medical Form Information
Specific medical forms are necessary for each of our program locations. Please click on your location below to download and complete the forms. Then, upload them to your Parent Dashboard, or email them to support@bestdelegate.com.
If you have already submitted your forms via our online system there is no need to send in the packet again, but if you have any issues please send the packet to support@bestdelegate.com.

Open House Information
During the morning session of final simulation on Friday, MUN Institute students will be delivering their opening speeches, debating solutions, and forming groups to negotiate a “resolution” for the topic. In the afternoon, students will be working together to write their resolutions and will then present their ideas to the committee room. At the end of the day, students will lobby for and against their resolutions, and try to pass their final decision by a vote!
Parents are welcome to observe students in the final simulation from 10:00am – 11:30am and 1:30pm – 3:30pm. Parents interested in observing should arrive between 9:45am – 10:00am or 1:15pm – 1:30 pm. Our staff will be waiting there to help escort you to the simulation classrooms.
Parents are also welcome to stay for the closing ceremony that will take place right after the final simulation. Although there will be some waiting time for parents when students are in feedback sessions, parents can take pictures with their children by the UN flag and observe all they’ve accomplished in just one week!
